"I've work as a Bilingual Tech Support at Phone Power since 2012 when they acquired Broadvoice that has a good number of Portuguese Brazilian Customers.I'm now been training for level 3 of VoIP Technical Support.I've learned a lot and I'm glad I'm back to my IT Career."
"I've worked for PhonePower until August of 2013. I've found it to be a great place to learn within my field but, unfortunately, the compensation was way under the market average and even though I had a great relationship with my superiors, I had to leave in order to find a better paying position."
"I enjoyed the tools that I was able to absorb & company. It was a new company so still in a diverse process as far as the company layout & the tools we had to work with. Learned a lot more about networking & configuring routers. I don't feel it is a great position for entry level technicians but it is a good job is you have prior experience"
