Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are interviewing for a position that is not located in the corporate Florida office you'll be ok but the CEO's poor management will reach your pay and benefits in a very negative way but you would fair a lot worse if you are looking to work in the Florida corporate office. At this office you will be punished daily by the CEO."
What don't you like about working at Phoenix Physicians?
"The CEO is awful, he terrorizes his employees by yelling at them, constantly states negative remarks about them and to them for no apparent reason, he lies, doesn't confront serious work situations, micromanages non serious tasks and has no accountability towards his work because he hides behind his father's ownership of the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The CEO's poor behavior is out of control. Those who manage him (mainly his father) must make a change or confront his gross behavior before he hurts the business any further."
