What do you like about working at Phoenix Health Systems?

"I liked being a part of success. I liked being independent."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Look elsewhere, the current management team that replaced the former leadership team is antiquated and stuck in the 90's. The direction of the company is going back to what it was 10 years ago before the healthcare IT landscape completely changed."

What don't you like about working at Phoenix Health Systems?

"The CEO was an A-type personality who surrounded himself with Yes Men as his senior staff. No one would stand up to him for fear of losing their job and it drove the company into near collapse."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have involved more members of the management team into the senior leadership team. There were too few people involved in decisions and the wrong decisions were being made resulting in a near collapse of the company."
