"Depends on which department or position you apply for. Some have it easy and work from home a few days per week. Others are there 12-14 hours per day."

"For the three years I was there our department was very understaffed for the amount of work expected of us. All the VP cared about was money. High turnover and work/life balance was oblivious to him."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Suck up and hire more buyers for the parts department. You've got twice as many service department employees and they chat in the breakroom all day."
