"Be ready for a lot of unexpected, unplanned, and mandatory overtime. You will spend a great deal of time away from home and family."

"The grueling hours (80+ hours per week), that were sometimes necessary. Much of this was done with Forced Overtime at the last minute of a shift, and Forced Weekend Shifts as well."

"Pay attention to the input and suggestions that your people have to offer you. You have at your disposal, some of the brightest minds attainable anywhere."
