"PHH interviews are tough. They are situational. I would advise someone that each question asked during the interview process is a 3 part question. 1st situation, 2nd what you did to correct the issue or situation and 3rd what the outcome was."

"I really have nothing negative to say about PHH Mortgage."

"To keep up the good work. Management is very hands on and always there for you. The management is very motivating and ensure if you are deserving to get promoted."

"I love what I do--and that is to work from study-groups thru pilots, to rollout and measure and report on results. I truly enjoy and have been told I am a great leader that is relaxed and can work through any problem or crisis and come out on top."

"1) Miss there scheduled appointment/interview. (Smile)2) Tell them the position was filled by Richard W. Davis. He was our learing candidate and we had to give him the first opportunity to accept the position.3) Hmmm..Call me in for a interview so I can WOW you with my knowledge and great, outgoing personality--maybe that will help land the job! PS. What do ya say Up for it I am ready when you are! Thank you! And, please take my joking in a fun-loving way! (Smile)"

"The past two years the company was in limbo between pre-IPO obligations, down-sizing staff, and loosing focus of the mission statement. Plus, a few other things, but I won't go into too many detils. It was a great place to work and I learned a great deail from the experience."

"Listen, involve your fellow workers, be open minded and always promote professionalism with a calm, collected manner."

"I got my telecom experience there but don't have anything positive to say about the company. Employees are not allowed to think.....just do as they say!"
