What do you like about working at PHH Corp.?

"I love what I do--and that is to work from study-groups thru pilots, to rollout and measure and report on results. I truly enjoy and have been told I am a great leader that is relaxed and can work through any problem or crisis and come out on top."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"1) Miss there scheduled appointment/interview. (Smile)2) Tell them the position was filled by Richard W. Davis. He was our learing candidate and we had to give him the first opportunity to accept the position.3) Hmmm..Call me in for a interview so I can WOW you with my knowledge and great, outgoing personality--maybe that will help land the job! What don't you like about working at PHH Corp.?

"The past two years the company was in limbo between pre-IPO obligations, down-sizing staff, and loosing focus of the mission statement. Plus, a few other things, but I won't go into too many detils. It was a great place to work and I learned a great deail from the experience."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen, involve your fellow workers, be open minded and always promote professionalism with a calm, collected manner."
