"Simply put, not being there any longer. I invested my blood, sweat and tears there for 18 years and it was difficult having to leave."

"None. There are quite simply so many levels of management and they are bound by the constraints of being a 'pseudo' state agency. When I managed, I strove for integrity and fairness."
