The organization is going through a lot of changes so there are a lot of projects to keep up with but the experience is invaluable. What don't you like about working at PHEAA?
"Simply put, not being there any longer. I invested my blood, sweat and tears there for 18 years and it was difficult having to leave."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None. There are quite simply so many levels of management and they are bound by the constraints of being a 'pseudo' state agency. When I managed, I strove for integrity and fairness."
