"I am an experienced award winning sales professional, that enjoys the challenges of success daily. I like to measure my success by increased sales volume, maintaining and developing strong customer relationships, and being seen as a Hospital Consultant vs a Product seller."
What don't you like about working at Sanofi?
"Sanofi- aventis is going through some growing pains right now, with loss of Patents on several products. This leads to lack of resources and some budgetary restraints to overcome."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think all managers should manage up, creating an environment of success and positiveness. Construction, builds bridges and skyscrapers. All managers should have feedback mechanisms in place to develop and create leadership success profiles for all their representatatives."
