"I have worked for Petrosoft since 2012 and find that despite being a small and growing company with all of the trials and tribulations that come with that environment, the company tries very hard to improve itself. As others have said elsewhere, the company has a hard time with communication and occasionally over-expects things from its employees - but that is also a benefit if you are a hard worker and willing to invest in the huge opportunity and potential of being part of a growing company. Especially over the last 3-9 months, the company is making huge improvements to areas of employee communication, training, satisfaction and general well-being. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is willing to dig in and work hard to share the benefits of a small company striving to be a great company."
