"I worked for Pet Supplies Plus for 2 years and it was a franchise location. I helped grow the location from the ground up. I worked closely with the owners of the location and they were the best people you could have worked for. There were about 15 employees and it was like being with your family every day. I recommend this job and especially that location to anyone who loves pets and wants to educate consumers about the best quality of pet supplies around."

"This has and continues to be a challenging but rewarding experience. I work with a team of hard-working people from my bosses to my indirect reports. We are there to get the job done and we use team work to get it accomplished in a timely manner."

"This company leans toward a candidate who is a team player. We look for straight forward and hard working individuals."

What don't you like about working at Pet Supplies Plus?

"I only have one complaint about this company. I have been working 12+ hours(and at times 24 hour shifts) and every weekend since the end of July. I don't mind extra hours but I do not see a reduction in hours coming any time soon."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My only suggestion would be that sometimes the time frame with which a task should be accomplished has been too limited to achieve the desired outcome."

"It is again a great place to work for a first job as a teenager. Its a great first time experience as far as learning what it is to have responsibilities and how to earn and save your own money."

"No room for advancement financially or realistically as far as obtaining my life long career goals."

"The management did a great job considering it was a place fit for high school aged kids to work. They were very good at balancing the tasks of setting an example to younger kids as how the real world, the working world works without being overbearing or too strict."
