"Perspectives is a pretty good company. There are many flaws with the way this company is run, where the money goes, how to go about doing certain things, etc. It becomes tiresome when you know things can be run differently, more efficiently, and more economically but then have your ideas fall on deaf ears. Common sense is at an all time low.That being said the benefits package is really good, so that holds a bit of weight."
