What do you like about working at Fullerton School District?

"Wonderful people to work with, close to home, they were very encouraging and pushed me along in my career with them, until I moved into Human Resources. When I moved into Human Resources I felt I had found the career I had been looking for. We had great benefits and we all enjoyed the extra days off that other companies did not receive."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Go in as a professional, be up, answer questions throughly. Let the Human Resources department know why your the best candidate for the position."

What don't you like about working at Fullerton School District?

"The salary and no promotional opportunities beyond my position in Human Resources."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better knowledge of job functions and better relations with employees."
