"Performance Health is quite a large company, and while I'm very proud of my specific team and our accomplishments and positive culture, it's very much an outlier in an organization that finds it difficult to embrace positive change and is highly focused on short term financial returns rather than building long term solutions for both staff and customers. That is a very limiting structure and environment to attempt to remain upbeat within."
