Perforce Employee

"From the start of my first day at Perforce to my current day, the people have made a true effort to constantly know how I am doing at the company and how I am doing in general, while making an effort to go out of their way for me. Until I worked at Perforce, I never understood how a company and its employees could be seen as a second family, but I now see what they mean. You cannot beat the culture at Perforce."

Team Leader

"I'm a remote employee for Perforce, which has been difficult. The company I was previously working for got acquired by Perforce and the handling of that acquisition was not great. The CEO seemed very callous and not transparent about the process, despite dozens of longtime employees being let go. It didn't instill a lot of trust from the remaining employees, and nothing was really done to assuage that mistrust. Our office was shut down and we were all asked to remain on as remote employees. The folks I've worked with have been great people and I haven't had issues with collaboration. There are great benefits and it seems that overall the company does value retention of employees. ."
