4.3I'm a remote employee for Perforce, which has been difficult. The company I was previously working for got acquired by Perforce and the handling of that acquisition was not great. The CEO seemed very callous and not transparent about the process, despite dozens of longtime employees being let go. It didn't instill a lot of trust from the remaining employees, and nothing was really done to assuage that mistrust. Our office was shut down and we were all asked to remain on as remote employees. The folks I've worked with have been great people and I haven't had issues with collaboration. There are great benefits and it seems that overall the company does value retention of employees. .
