"Great place to work at but the overall management is not that great which is the main reason for the frequent layoffs."
"I started two years ago, and in that time have grown increasingly frustrated with management and other department leads who have made my job both more difficult and significantly less satisfying. Many departments tend to run themselves differently and independently of the rest, and cross-departmental communication is nonexistent. Working in one of the less-respected departments, I feel collaboration and overall progress is often hindered because of petty differences between employees."
