"Big business that will treat you like property not a person. Burn-out likely. Short term, pay is OK and benefits are OK."

"Value each individual employee and treat them more like a partner instead of property. Your best investment is to keep good people around who value the job. Do this by treating them like human beings with the same ups and downs that a business has - after all, you expect them to ride YOUR rollercoaster with you so give them the same respect."
