"I started my career as a debt collections attorney with the Oklahoma Tax Commission. I then moved to the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office where I worked in the Tobacco Enforcement Unit. Finally, I moved to private practice at Rodolf & Todd where I have mainly done insurance defense litigation."
"I've worked for Per Scholas for a number of years. I have found it be rewarding work that allows you to shoulder heavy responsibilities while staying in tune with basic grunt work. There is a hierarchy however it is not much to take stock in as your armor shines more importantly."
"Amazing Organization. It's non-profit and instructors are awesome"
"It's a great place to kick start your career"
"I've worked for Per Scholas since 2018. It's a great company to start your career. However, the compensation is very very low for employees who are actually the ones doing the work, and there's hardly a room to improve your career in the company. Most of senior mangers/directors don't know what it takes to get the jobs done. They only care about numbers and results. They don't know how to evaluate and manage employees. And they promote/hire a random people."
"I’ve been a part of the Per Scholas family for the last 7 years. We’re a national mid sized organization devoted to creating equitable pathways for careers in tech for historically under-served individuals. Our mission is based on high integrity, innovation and resourcefulness. During my time there I was always given the opportunity to own my projects and manage the relationships I was responsible for as I saw best for success!"
"Great principle for serving the community. Disenfranchised members are trained for it jobs in various positions."
