Working at Pepperweed Consulting in San Francisco, CA: 1 Employee Reviews

Principal Architect

"This company was a great place to work until new management took over now the company is about to go bankrupt."

What do you like about working at Pepperweed Consulting?

"It was great place to work. You have different challenges every day. Collaboration between team members was great. The founders of the company really cared about the people who worked for them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes. I would ask following questions:1) How much did you make in year 20092) Can I speak to any of the former employees to find out if they recommend Pepperweed They must have at least one person to speak highly of them. Well they as you for your references, why not ask them for theirs. 3) Ask them how many people do they have selling for them. They have only two now. If they give you higher number then that then they are not telling the truth. I hope people are reading this at beginning of 2010."

What don't you like about working at Pepperweed Consulting?

"Now Pepperweed is under new dictatorship. It is the most unethical place to work. They are in financial trouble and have skipped payroll cycles. They have yet to pay me for the commissions earned. There ethics are something to be desired. I would recommend any one to stay away from this company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get some lessons in ethics. Pay the people who work for you."
