4.5Penta is a great company to work for they are very family oriented and go up and beyond to keep a loyal customer base. All of the executives have an open door policy, so it is incredibly easy to speak to them at any given time.
2.7The company and upper-level management have high goals to pursue but the mid (day to day) managers are not as competent or well adjusted to the workforce as they should be to truly meet the goals set by their managers. Good benefits and pay, just need to work on the lower level management to make working for them worth it.
