If you can negotiate a reasonable contract upon hiring, it is a great place to stay and grow."

They are aware that employees have not been satisfied and have asked ways to improve but take no action to do so. My department went as far as calling a meeting with the HR and the meeting was insufficient. They listened but turned things around to make it not their fault. They deny deny deny and take no responsibility for their actions. This company used to be a joyful place"
