"Corporate not a team player, inadequate job performance, and largely dysfunctional at some mid-levels."

"The different contracts don't work together at any level and drive up costs, each is a pillar. Include brokers, LLP, truck lease as well, they give no consideration to Penske contacts and drive up costs."

"If you can't make it anywhere within a year and a half to 2 years, RUN. And if you can stand the headaches."

"Great for developing as a manager or sales rep and gaining experience to get a better job with better pay."

"Management and sales staff above the entry level have little tolerance for anyone below them in many cases."

"Find ways to promote those who have been around awhile, or at least keep them in the loop as to what future plans are. DO NOT tell them different stories from others."
