"As long as you show up to your case on time, do not create any waves or complaints, it will be smooth sailing for you."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Anyone who walks in the door is hired. No drug testing required. If they like you, you will have tons of work. If not, you might want to have back-up employment and use it as a 2nd job. Health benefits are expensive and although your co-pay is low, you will get bill after bill in the mail for what was not covered."
What don't you like about working at Bayada Nurses?
"Very robotic office- trained like puppies in what to say to people, which is the same comments over and over without individualizing care. If you fit in the click, you will do well. Complaints or suggestions on how to improve care is not appreciated. Things go unwritten and swept under the rug."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Motto is we put our clients first......you might want to start living up to that."
