"I am fortunate to work with a team that is providing a solution that makes access to digital content easier and faster, especially for teachers! My department within Pearson, K-12 Learning Services, has recently been sold and will soon be completely separate from Pearson. The most positive aspect of working for Pearson has been the people, who are honestly committed to the future of our children. Most are very active in other activities and organizations for positive change and inclusion. We have an amazing commitment to volunteering, including having some paid time off for participating in volunteer activities."

Overwork and cheat employees - lie, steal and harass to avoid paying promised and earned compensation while senior leadership lines their own pockets. Women are continuously subject to discriminatory practices and sexual harassment."

"Pearson is in the midst of an incredibly complex transition in trying to remain relevant as the world moves towards technical solutions to meet the needs of next generation learners. It's been a long, tedious process with no end in sight which has made it an incredibly difficult environment to find success or to feel productive. Senior leadership seems ill equipped to handle the changing business and has been in a constant state of movement with little outcomes or real direction which leads to a feeling that we are on a ship without a captain with no clear destination. Individual team contributors are highly competent and in general work environment is flexible and supportive of work / life balance the majority of the time. High performers will feel stifled and discouraged in this environment."
