While it may be preferable to work direct positions as I have worked previously, some people with considerable experience are not always desired by employers, and this isn't as much a problem in contract situations. Furthermore, PDS is among the top contract employers to place excellent contract employees with better employers at very good pay rates. Backup support is also very good when minor problems arise. For these reasons, I rate PDS as one of the better contract employers in the country, for they have locations and varied contract situations across the United States."
