3.2 I’ve worked with PCMA for 6 months now. I can say that I have learned a lot from being a Jr. loan processor/Funding Manager. The reason why I am deciding to part my ways with them is because it is very hard to continue to work in an environment, where I don’t see my career advancing in any sort of way. They have a very poor way of training people and don’t see to understand how to respect their employees.

3.7 PCMA is an organization with a lot of potentials. During the Covid crisis of 2020 the company underwent many changes in the structure of staff and unfortunately had to lay off staff due to Covid. My experience with the company was not as I would have hoped it could have been. I know they will find their footing in a post-Covid world and provide the best for their membership.
