"The nice people and lots of interesting projects I get to help make."

"Be sure you can do the jobs they need and then tell them your the person for the job."
What don't you like about working at Microsemi Corporation?
"The poor engineers who are promoted up and end up costing the company large amounts of money and time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"stop laying off your best employees to save move for your stock holders"
What do you like about working at Qualcomm?
"Great people and great team spirit, always worked to solve problems as a team."

"To appreciate your people who work for you, and make them your most prized asset."
What don't you like about working at Qualcomm?
"The VP in charge of the whole work force, he was only concerned about how far up the ladder he could go, and would not let anybody stand in his way. A very unliked person."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have a main office VP who was in touch with his staff instead of doing whatever for himself, and didn't care about his staff."

"It had an upbeat atomosphere and everyone was accessible right up to the Pres."

"Most of the time you leave on time, but when it's crunch time be prepared to stay until the job is done."
What don't you like about working at Techshot?
"Sometimes work was hard to find. Made for a long day."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, my experience is'nt in management. I prefer not to advise on subjects in which I have limited knowledge"
