"The candidate should assess before accepting the job if he or she is provided career counselling and career management so that he or she can foresee themselves in a better position in the future."

What don't you like about working at Exar?

"There career management and growth opportunities are not here. Also the salary packages are not very competitive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management should should take initiatives for career management of their employees."

"Not very employee friendly as far as work benefits are concerned and not much room for growth."

"Your employees are your foundation, take care of them and the products and services that come out of SV will benefit.Better products and services, better business."
