3.3I have worked at Paysimple for a over a year and I would say that it's an above average company to work for. It's fun and energetic but there is a clear discrepancy between the teams that work really hard and the ones that are there to ride the wave. Product and Tech teams do not keep pace with the payments industry and most clients that leave, do so because the product doesn't support their needs. Support teams take the brunt of the issues with the subpar software that looks like a beta test. Pay is average, but expected hour to work and what seems like infinite priorities make it seem like the company is more focused on getting what they want out of it's employees, burning them out, then moving on.
