"Can work for home when needed, vacation, and pension."

"You can't sell the Health benefits anymore. Now that it is average, you have nothing to make the company stand out from the others. No one cares about the cafeteria or gym. Close those and add to wages and then you might become competitive again."

What don't you like about working at Stolt-Nielsen?

"Very little career opportunity, most employees are stagnent. Top managers pull the big bucks while the little guys are cut short and over worked."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start listening to the workers, they have good ideas and could help the company grow. Reward good ideas, cost saving achieved with bonuses."

"I didn't like the commute, that was the worst."

"I would like to see more flex time for everyone, not certain departments."

"Ask lots of questions and make sure you have a clear job description before accepting the position."

What don't you like about working at Safran?

"Safran is very unorganized and internal issues. Five good years of clean work at best would be needed to get them in line with other in the market. Current tools that are being used are outdated and they would have to invest in them to catch up to current techiclogical effeciencies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Safran is a french owned company. My only suggestions are that they learn american rules and regulations as this would eliminate a lot of inprofficiancies within their company."
