"Nothing. Why do these fields have a minimum count of 10"

"Please stop interviewing this company. Once you are in, its hard to get out."

What don't you like about working at Payoda Technologies?

"Everything. No good mentors in senior management, family run business that makes everything worse, really pathetic employee treatment, and the worst thing is, its a one way road into Payoda!!Trust me on this one guys, they do everything they can to make your exit from the company as painful as possible. Salary is withheld during the notice period, notice period itself is a freaking 2 months, HR threatens to create problems at your next company and so much more. When I asked for their reasoning, they told that they do all this to reduce attrition and prevent employees from leaving. Apparently, they have never heard of keeping employees happy to prevent them from leaving."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do everyone a favor and please announce to all employees that you are going to close down in 6 months and ask them to find jobs elsewhere. You guys only have 2 projects anyway, both in which clients are really unhappy. So there is no real reason why you shouldn't close down immediately."
