1.5PROS of this company: Friday evening movie show... Nothing more.
CONS of this company:
1. Leadership doesn't know what ethics/ integrity mean.
2. People get easily annoyed by the level of mediocrity and stupidity the management displays.
3. Etiquette is 100% absent in management.
4. Being a family-run business, they will place their family members (with absolutely no experience) in the CxO positions.
5. They use lying as a tool to solve employee problems.
6. External consultants (amateur) have a great time here. Sometimes they even control employees.
Advice to Management: You lack even the basic knowledge of running a business. For instance:
1. Showing up to office on time - None of the leaders turn to office before 11.00 am, or they leave the office before 4.00pm
2. Stop lying - In sales calls, employee meeting, interviews, campus placement meeting anywhere....You guys lie like crazy.
3. Have some short-term/ long-term goals -- Currently, you are giving a tough time to employees by being directionless.
4. Respect your employees - Your sarcasm on employees' initiatives is appalling. as a result, people don't have any interest to initiate anything.
5. Learn BASIC Communication skills... I mean BASIC.
6. Master a skill - Technical/Influencing/Negotiating/Marketing/Selling/People-management ...Currently you are good at nothing.
7. Stop favoritism - Some employees that you believe to be talented/awesome are some serious cartoon figures.
8. Keep Art-of-Living with yourself...You can't push things on us.
I can list at least 40 more of such points, but I won't waste time on that.
1.1Do everyone a favor and please announce to all employees that you are going to close down in 6 months and ask them to find jobs elsewhere. You guys only have 2 projects anyway, both in which clients are really unhappy. So there is no real reason why you shouldn't close down immediately.
