"I've worked for a number of different organizations and none compare to Paycom. Be prepared to come to work hungry to make a difference. This isn't a career where you are going to be able to coast. You will be expected to work because, well, it's a job, not a vacation. If you work hard, the company will reward you accordingly."

"Paycom is a company that will make you rich, but very much a what have you done for me lately environment. Micromanaged minor metrics, long days in the office, harsh feedback environment. Even when you hit quota, you better set 5 Net New per week or risk receiving a write up week to week."
