The job can be high stress at times and, being a customer facing job, you are going to deal with a lot of different people on a day to day basis."

"Get new management into the region and pay your employees what they are worth."

"Number one thing that I enjoyed about Paychex was the work/life balalnce. Also very nice group of people and great training program."

"Be organized and keep track of your time, every client's payroll must be processed on a timely manner."

"Compensation could have been better."

"Compensation, compensation, compensation...besides that they did a very good job. Management was supportive and treated the payroll specialist as team members. Very good working environment."
