"The corporate culture and training were great. A couple of the reps were very helpful."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be very, very careful. Make sure you get more than a 10 minute interview before accepting the job and interview them extensively! Ask about the turnover rate on new sales people and branch managers. Huge issue. Make sure you get some existing business (in writing) or you will struggle greatly. Not fun!!"

What don't you like about working at Patterson Dental Supply Co?

"Branches operate independently without much oversight from corporate so the culture is very different. They do not keep their promises and support from branch manger and seasoned reps is almost nonexistent. Would not recommend working for this company unless you bring the business with you. They claim to care about the offices they service; I was gone for 6 weeks and still received calls from doctors that did not know I was not their rep.."

"Ensure corporate culture and philosophy is in place at ALL branch locations."
