1.6The relationship I had with my supervisor started fine but after about a month I wasn't being tasked with anything. He started coming in around noon, and would blow me off or just walk away from me on multiple occasions when I was simply asking to be tasked with something to do. I've been a salaried employee but when they offered lower hourly pay with the promise of overtime I unfortunately took the bait. I sat at a cheap plastic folding table in a corner next to a door that slammed shut every two minutes. It was very cold, loud and my chair was very uncomfortable which made it extremely difficult to focus. While there, I used to love talking to co-workers because literally everyone had some form of hidden animosity towards management or ownership that related to how they would get their job done. They don't treat people very well and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Beware!
1This place is full of nut jobs, whether you want to consider that negative or positive is a matter of personal preference. Everything you do is needed yesterday and you will always be asked to do overtime. If you refuse you will be added to the bottom of the list of people they would like to do work. If you end up on that list every day will be miserable until you quit because they definitely will not fire you. Pay is low unless you do 20 hours of overtime every week. Most people have a negative outlook towards management, and likely rightfully so. They still post paper memos next to the coffee machine.
4.8Patriot Machine Inc. cares very deeply about their employees. I felt like family when I worked there. They are very good at empowering their employees.
