PatientPay is a small and innovative company that has had many leadership changes in the last 5 years, but always striving to find faster and better ways to meet customer goals. The CEO does run the company with limited goals and strategic foresight, and due to the leadership changes, the staff is in constant flux, but overall passionate about the mission and goal of the company and gets great marks from their customers."
