Submit a Review"I'm very impressed with locations that I've worked in. For example, working in the ER was very exciting and demanding. Working with doctors and nurses in the trauma center taught me a great deal. Working in the outpatient facilities requires much more medical and computer application knowledge. This is an area where you really have to think outside the box. Different situations are presented everyday. It's difficult to see desperately ill people."
"The pay at Cigna was great. I loved speaking with the clients that called in. I never knew who was going to be on the other end when I picked up the phone. It could be a new mother starting her short term disability or could be someone that just found out they had cancer. I adjusted to every clients needs. The part I loved the most was when I made them laugh and forget about their sickness."

"The only part which was a battle was having a CEO who didn't come to the CBO to understand how this business worked. I feel it is important no matter what level you are, to take time and understand everyone's position to run a successful and overcoming company."
