"No recognitions based on personal method improvements. No good communication with boss for consulting jobs doubts and when something becomes wrong the boss immediately communicates in a hard way. Consider the time the worker spends in the company vs the time in home."

"Get more involves with possibles change to improve the productivity and quality. Motivate the employee to be more creative and award then based on improvements."
