What don't you like about working at Parx Casino and Racing?
"Most of the equipment was at least thirty years old, and not always working in the best of condition. Any time the TV department needed something, including raises, we didn't get it. There was also a group of people who did very little work but were kept on, often to the detriment of the production."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upgrade the equipment and recognize that people need annual raises."
