"The ability to be of value, appreciation from all levels of organization with emphasis on team player aspect and watching the efforts of all employees come to fruition. I was fortunate enough to have learned a tremendous amount in this position and CEO was immensely bright and an excellent teacher."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Can't place enough emphasis on need to be team player. Candidates for employment should be themselves and never misrepresent themselves or their abilities, as it will only come back to haunt them."
What don't you like about working at Partners In Care?
"Once corporate restructure and redesign had been completed, implemented and proven successful, I felt my job had been completed. A bit monotonous with need for greater stimulation and personal satisfaction."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Embrace change, associate with the best people possible. Encourage and promote all to be team players, lead by example and never make anyone do what you would not do yourself. Emphasize importance of humility, don't take anyone or anyone's role for granted. Finally, never forget where you came from; once you've reached the top, there is only one place to go from there."
