"I believe Panasonic has some of the best products on the market and supports them well from a technical support perspective."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to give yourself completely to the company. Working here is not conducive to having any personal or family time. Expectation is 12-16 hours a day and playing catch up on weekends."

What don't you like about working at Panasonic?

"The expectations of the job are not always clear and constantly change. We often get in our own way of success."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop a plan and stick to it. Give your people in the field more autonomy with clear parameters to go out and close business."
