2.7The people within the company were generally very friendly and supervisors were mostly friendly when you were actually able to interact with them. I was hired at a time the company was expanding, so the position I applied and interviewed for actually ended up being split into two positions because of the anticipated workload. I was placed in a very different role from what I interviewed for, but I trusted their judgement of my skills and the requirements of the position. Unfortunately, many of the new people brought in because of the anticipated need were being let go. The company overestimated their needs and unfairly hired then terminated many people, which I found out from various recruiters is a habitual practice of this company.
3.9I have worked for Park National Bank for ten years now. It has been such a great company to work for. They are family friendly and are very understanding if something comes up. I have no complaints about my employment at Park National Bank. The only area that I believe needs improvement is the health insurance benefit.
3I worked at Park National Bank for 8 years. It's a great company with great values. Employees are very nice. They aren't afraid to invest in technology. They strive to put their resources into data security while providing the latest banking products.
