"I have worked at Paradigm Precision since they were Smith West Inc in 1988. We had 13 divisions around the world. I started as an NC Programmer - I was the only engineer. I grew to design fixtures, write procedures, disposition discrepant parts, hired more engineers, became Engineering Manager, maintained the computer network, networked all the machines for DNC, specified machine purchases, performed LEAN projects, conducted 6S events, continuously improved legacy parts."
