"Pappasito's Cantina is part of Pappas Restaurants. I believe there are 7 restaurants in total, starting from Texas. It is Tex-Mex but I like to consider it "high end casual". It's part of a wonderful company. I have been a server working full time for 2 and a half years. A company that truly cares about their employees I earn 46K a year solely waiting tables. Of course there is a lot of micromanaging but it has its purpose. At 24 it is the best job I've ever had. If you enjoy working hard, this restaurant will not let you down."
