"It not so much that it was long hours but it was the time frame in which I had to work. Working on weekends and getting off late at night is hard when you trying to start a family."

"It is a well managed company but sometimes the culture can be negative. My suggestions is to build the people up a little more and motivate using more positive reinforcement."
