"This company is abusive to the self care of its employees. Their customer service department is responsible for bailing out the other departments. Custom Print does not know how to properly manage their daily work tasks for several reasons. One being the Head of the department has been trying to resign since last year and her replacement (after working holiday) put in his letter of resignation- due to poor strategy on the management level. There is something very rotten about this company, that will hire people that they know have backgrounds so they are forced to work for very little pay . We have people that have been working here for 6 years and only make 10.67 per hour but has the skill set to run their department blind folded. Customer service gets $12.00 per hour but does the work of three or more departments. On top of that there are managers that can refuse escalated calls. Customers can call in and literally get their order free if they just make a fuss. Customer Service is on the forefront of PS and soon PS may not have a team. There is a relocation happening and the people affected were just told a month ago although it's been a rumor for about two months. There is no structure here at this company. Everyone is piling the workload on one group and no one is held liable but them. Upper management has been informed not only of these issues but also that their staff is on the verge of walking out and there has been no action. We are coached to lie to customers to save this company."
