"Too much management change."

"Do not change management so often. Management should have a background in products / markets served."

"One line if difficult to cover 20 years but it was challanging with the changing of senior executives every two to three years."

"High Technology, fast paced, Intelectualy stimulating"

"New Managment always seems to want to initiate change for change sakes and not for improved performance. New senior managers also have very little experinece in the business that they supervise and the education cycle is some times long and painful"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have a strategic direction that is agreed upon by all that are responsble for the busienss and let the tactical execution be done by those that are familiar with the local markets. The US market is very different than Japan."
